ChertLüddeFor Gallery Weekend Berlin, ChertLüdde presents Son of a Witch, a solo exhibition by Italian born, London-based, painter Patrizio di Massimo (b. 1983, Jesi, Italy). Known for blending humor, introspection, and extravagant aesthetics, di Massimo explores personal and art historical narratives through theatrical and intimate compositions. The show features a new series of oil paintings where di Massimo explores identity, self-mythology, and the performative nature of portraiture through theatrical, surreal compositions. The new paintings will be paralleled with his automatic writing notebooks, never shown publicly before.
