Mindset

Paul Ferens (b. 1989, France) is a Berlin-based artist who explores moments of transition in his paintings and sculptures, embracing the visual tension that arises from blending the new with the old, the artificial with the natural. Through his experimentation with various painting techniques and spatial interventions, Ferens creates a dichotomy between materials and symbols. In addition to his artistic practice, Paul Ferens is also the co-founder of the Berlin-based gallery, Number 1 Main Road. His works have been exhibited at prominent venues such as Stems Gallery and Brussels Gallery in Berlin, New Day Gallery in Berlin, and Stigter Van Doesburg in Amsterdam.
