Low cost to the galleries and the visitor, it seeks to simplify the art fair experience by focusing on solo presentations in an iconic venue with a relatively low impact, open plan format. Its name is inspired by its conceit as an alternative to the status quo and by its unique location, which is a disused, art deco post office built in 1938. The fair will feature 29 local, national and international galleries and project spaces.
