Antonio López (b. 1993, Quito, Ecuador) is currently based in Frankfurt am Main and graduated from Städelschule - Class Monika Baer in 2024. Previously he attended The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA 2017). Recent exhibitions include 'Perennials' at Balice Hertling, Paris (2025). 'Hydra (or downtown)' at Louche Ops, Berlin (2024); Flintlock at Echo, Köln (2023); 'Tidal' at Fffriedrich, Ffm (2023); 'Errandt' at Rudimento, Quito (2021) among others. ****** Le travail d'Antonio López s'intéresse aux polémiques de la représentation picturale, à la perpétuelle reconstitution et remise en scène du passé et aux cycles de production/perception de l'image.
