AtrataWe are pleased to present Cavalcades, a solo exhibition by Nino Kapanadze. The show features two new paintings from her ongoing Horserace series (initiated in 2021), which explores the motif of the horse, alongside a selection of works on paper. Through their dynamic, horizontal compositions, these paintings engage in a conceptual dialogue with the vertically structured works of her Waterfalls series, created during her residency at Villa Atrata in Angles-sur-l'Anglin and presented simultaneously in the village chapel. Nino Kapanadze (b. 1990, Tbilisi) is a Georgian artist who lives and works in Paris. She graduated from the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, Sciences Po Paris, and the Faculty of Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tbilisi, Georgia.
