Van Doren Waxter

Founded in 2013 by John Van Doren and Dorsey Waxter after 15 years together at Greenberg Van Doren, this Upper East Side gallery presents a cross-generational program specializing in artists from the post-WWII era to the present with emphasis on American Abstraction. The gallery represents major foundations and estates including Richard Diebenkorn, Louise Fishman, and Jack Tworkov, while also handling secondary market work by Helen Frankenthaler, Hans Hofmann, Ellsworth Kelly, and Georgia O'Keeffe.
