About

Founded in 2009 by Mike Egan during the Lower East Side's artistic renaissance, Ramiken has established itself as a boundary-pushing gallery championing artists who challenge conventional practices. With spaces at 389 Grand Street in Manhattan and in Piraeus, Greece, the gallery has exhibited notable artists including Andra Ursuţa, Lucas Blalock, and Sam Lewitt. Ramiken received the Armory Show's Gramercy International Prize and has been reviewed in Artforum, The New York Times, and Art in America.
