Gamaliel Rodríguez
Founded in Boston in 1960 by Arne Glimcher at age 22, Pace has grown into a leading contemporary art gallery with nine locations worldwide including three in New York. The gallery holds decades-long relationships with artists central to Abstract Expressionism and Light and Space movements, including Alexander Calder, Agnes Martin, Louise Nevelson, and Mark Rothko. Now in its seventh decade under CEO Marc Glimcher and President Samanthe Rubell, Pace continues nurturing legacy artists while investing in contemporary artists like Adam Pendleton and Torkwase Dyson.
