Founded in 2011 by Brendan Dugan as a small storefront for limited-run artist publications in New York's West Village, Karma evolved into a gallery when it moved to the East Village in 2015, where it now operates multiple exhibition spaces and a bookstore, representing a multigenerational roster of artists and estates while organizing over twenty-five exhibitions annually and publishing distinctive monographs and catalogs.
